Just wanted to ask a quick question....
I get a lot of ads saying that they would sell me software to copy dvds onto actual dvd roms not vcds or svcds??? Just wanted to know if those type of things even exsist? because I have never heard abot that and none even posts anything like this so please get back to me on this matter. Cuz I feel like buying that. Just want to know if its a scam....

  2. Save your money You WILL need a DVD writer to create playable movies on DVD media.

If you still want to spend money then send me $50 & I'll sell you all the free downloadable tools available from the "tools" link on the left.

  3. It's a scam.
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

  6. Tell us, how do you propose to READ the DVD, in order to copy it to your hard drive/CD-R drive? If a CD drive could read a DVD, it could also play it. It can do neither.

Please re-read the question. The question was not, "can you copy DVDs to CDs". It was can you,"copy dvds onto actual dvd roms (assume DVD media)" without the use of a DVD writer. And the answer is still NO.
