    Since there is more than one way to frameserve, could someone recommend the best way to frameserve. My source will be from both analog and DV camcorder. Could you give your critique of the first link shown below?

    I'm leaning toward Virtualdub. Although not frameserver dependent the codec I plan to use with Virtualdub will be PicVideo MJPEGcodec as described in second post. BTW, can this codec be used with dvd2avi or Avisynth?
