Hi
I have a multi region Pioneer DVD player. NTSC DVD works fine with this and viewing on TV. I tried to connect the output to ATI 128 All in Winder pro and the output is B & W. I tried PAL resolution and I get very good color but is very jerky. BTW I am in a PAL region. I tried playing the DVD in PAL format but the same problem.
I just thought that if I can view the DVD on my PC, I can then capture it and save hours on encoding.

is it an NTSC or PAL card? are you using s-video or scart? you're either mismatching something or have a bad s-video cable.

Hi
It is a PAL card but has option for NTSC. I am using S-video cable which works fine for PAL.
