  1. I have been using Tmpegenc. it has worked for sometime. But recently i have tried converting video files from avi-mpeg. It starts off encoding and then stops at a frame rate of 33/.......

I was wondering if anybody is having the problem. And is there a solution to this. Any other useful software that i could possibly choose.

    Thanks[/b]

  2. Have you checked your AVI file for errors using V.dub?
What about changing your VFAPI settings priority level in tmpgenc
    under option>environmental setting>VFAPI plug in?
ALL Codec's installed? Have you re-installed them?
Have you tried spliting the audio into a wav and using
    that as the audio source?
Maybe d/l a whole new copy of tmpgenc and the VFAPI handler
    in case it is corrupted?
Is your avi d/loaded from the net? If so have you tried to
    frameserve it from V.Dub?

    phew..
