  1. I just burned an AWESOME SVCD using nero. It came out awesome. I have been wasting my time with VCDs... and trying to get them neat perfect.. My first SVCD run was 100% sastisfaction, but........

When I put it in my PhillipsDVD751 it pauses every 14 seconds? The sound is right on? The movie plays fine in my pc? What could be wrong with the player itself that it is doing this? Do I have to slow something down during the encoding? I used TMPEGnc's standard SVCD template and only changed the 1:1 to 16:9 for my NTSC TV? Was that it?

Any info would be greatly appreciated?

    Thanks

You could have a look at http://www.ianc.net/philips where there is some good stuff in the formus - just have a search and a rummage round. You could also try updating the firmware of the machine, but as Ian's site says stick clear of 8.11 as that seems to cause more problems than it solves
