hello...i would like to put avi files to video tape but i not no which one to go for people tell me that i can use a display card with tv-out or wintv go
can you tell me is this true.. or will i have to buy a video editing card like the dc10.

Some things to consider:
DC10plus only works with MJPEG compressed AVI files, so you'll need to reencode your AVIs before outputing to tape if they're in some other format (i.e. MPEG, DiVX).
I'll take a wild guess and assume that you want VHS copies of your DiVX movies (possibly the occasional VCD or SVCD). Although I don't own one, the Sigma Designs "XCard" is supposed to do what you're asking:

Some other possibilities include the Canopus ADVC-100, but just like the DC10plus, you'll need to convert your AVIs to another format (DV in this case).
