Ok i found the star wars movie (456) and want to make them as a vcd or svcd(if I can find a freeware for it). I encode it already using tmpgenc format ntsc film but i notice the image skips every 5 seconds or so....
I know they are at 25 000 format (pal) but i'dlike them as ntsc cause i dont know how my tv or dvd will react to pal. I thought that i could just ask tmpgenc to convert it for me but obviously that led to my skipping problems...how can i solve that? do I need to burn as pal?
