What went wrong?

I've just rip,t my frist dvd using:
a squeezer,
panasonic plugin,
and a encoder.

Frist when I play it in my dvd player the picture is just in the top right quarter of the t.v.

Second I seem to have lost the sound.

Apart from that it all went well. LOL.
what went wrong.

Not familar with 'a squeezer' is that a program name? Also 'a encoder?' Which one?
