    i was having a playback problem and was told to update the firmware and the dvd rom driver. i updated the firware but how do i go about updating the dvd rom drive? thanks for any help you could give me.

    ps. i am trying to update the apex 703 if this helps you at all.

    I have not heard that before, could you let me know what you find out, if you have time post it at:

    It is a group for GE 5803's and 1101p's but they are the exact same inside as the APEX 703's ....
