I've got a Pioneer 114 DVD 10x speed, and yet when I use Smartripper, it shows DVD speed to be between 1.4x and 2.0x![]()
And a 6Gb film, gives an estimated rip time of 57mins !!!!, this is without any encoding etc. I'm using standard Smartripper settings (not altered anything since I downloaded, should it take this long ?

is DMA enabled ?
mine wasn't for my 115, and speeds went from 1.2x to 8 to 12x afterwards when ripping. -
I'll have to check, as far as I am aware it is, but I'll double check just in case
