  1. Hi.. I hope someone in this forum can help me.. I am stummped.

I recently purchased an Apex 1200 DVD player that reads MP3s, VCDs, and JPEGS.

I've only have one problem with this player and that is with reading JPEGS. I burned a cd full of images.. all of JPEGS and for some reason some pictures were unable to be viewed.

Does anyone know what the problem might be? I don't think it is the pictures because I can view them on my pc.. but not the DVD player.
Do I need to convert them or anything? I am unaware of any JPEG conversion programs and I'm thinking it is uneccessary.. but ya never know.

Does anyone else here work with picture cds? Any help would be appreciated!!

    Thank you muchly,
    Sean

Was this the guide you used when you made your VCD full of images?
http://forum.vcdhelp.com/userguides/92056.php? From your post, it looks like you just put jpeg files on a CD.

I have the 1100W. You only need to burn the JPEGs onto the disc. It has the Kodak Picture Disc ability so you don't need to burn to a VCD. May be you didn't burn in the right mode or as Gravity wrote you can only put a certain amout of pictures on the disc. Look at your instruction book. I know there is a limit to the MP3s you can put on a disc and it read, but I am not sure about JPEGs. I have the instruction book at work and will check it out.
