OK I want to rip a chapter from a DVD using SmartRipper then edit that chapter into which scene I want. Then use that VOB to make a DVD of various scenes.
Problem is, there doesnt seem to be any program that will allow you to visually edit a VOB (preferably frame accurately).
Any suggestions ? Any plugins for premiere that would allow this editing ?
I know I could use DVD2AVI then TMPGEnc to make an MPG then use TMPGEnc again to cut, but I'd prefer to do it without it taking forever to reencode, and lose quality doing it if reencoding really isnt necessary. Then use the MPG's with Ulead DVD Workshop.
TIA!
