    My Panasonic DVD RP91 is made in MAY 2002. I know some are made in 2001. Does anybody knoe if there has been any improvement since last year?

    Excuse me, but I have posted three questions since I became a member and only one has gotten a logical/any answers. I'll have to ask you here, isn't there anyone who knows the answer to this relatively simple question taking into account that this is a very knowledgeble forum?

    Well this is really a question for the manufacturer of your dvd player.

    It is unlikely that any hardware changes were made but it is possible. There may have been some firmware revisions since then though.

    My motto is if it ain't broke don't fix it. If there is a specific problem with your player than consult the manufacturer. They will either suggest a firmware which addresses the issue or make note of the problem for future firmware releases.
