    i've read the thread about the firmware upgrade, but the person who started it said all it did was enable playback for him, and that he still couldn't ff or rw, which is my problem. this page seems to have some details about how to fix the problem at the burning stage, but they aren't super-clear. could anyone elaborate, or suggest another solution?
