  1. My PC is a Pentium 3 455 Mhz with 96 MB RAM and 9.6 gigs HD space.

Whenever I try to do video capturing, there's always being frames dropped. Of course I probably need to upgrade to prevent it, but is there a way to prevent frames dropped without needing to upgrade?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Almost certainly. With no more detail than was given, it's the best bet.
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
