My PC is a Pentium 3 455 Mhz with 96 MB RAM and 9.6 gigs HD space.
Whenever I try to do video capturing, there's always being frames dropped. Of course I probably need to upgrade to prevent it, but is there a way to prevent frames dropped without needing to upgrade?
Any help would be appreciated.
