I've downed a couple videos in quicktime, and I go to play them back, and all I get is a white screen, while I still hear the sound. A dialogue pops up saying "i'm having problems, etc, because a required compressor could not be found"
Any help would be appreciated!

You may need to download the Quicktime 6 Public Preview beta. It sounds like you're trying to view MP4 files in Quicktime 5. .. just a guess.
