    I have download movies on kazaa site. I downloaded the tmpgenc file
    and it opens in my winzip file. A window pops up and says that it cannot
    open the file it does not appear to be a valid archive It says to download
    again. I have deleted and downloaded this file at least five times and it
    keeps on saying the same thing. Please help!

    It might be a fake (a large file appearing to be a valid archive until you try to open it).

    fake files has become quite the norm for Kazaa. try one of the smaller p2p programs

    If you know how to use Kazaa, fakes are no problem.

    I downloaded the tmpgenc file and it opens in my winzip file.
    So is it TMPGEnc your having problems with extracting ? as movies are not in zip format usually.
