CCE SP 2.5 Frame Rate via Premiere

Hi there folks,

Just installed CCE SP 2.5. When exporting a movie via Adbobe Premiere 6.02, the Frame Rate is set to 1 instead of 25 (PAL). Does anyone know how to change the Frame Rate?. Many thanks.
