    I have installed the handler and installed the ProxyOn, but when I frameserve and try to open the thing in TMPEG I get this:

    File --- can not open, or unsupported.

    I am running win98 SE and version 2.53.35.130 of TMPEG and version 1.4.10 of virtual dub

    I have seen that happen if the frameserver name is too long or otherwise weird. Give the frameserver name a short simple name and try then.
