Is there a way to test for sure if my CCE 2.5 SP is working properly. It seems that this is where my DVD2SVCD hitches up everytime. If I do Multipass VBR, it always says that there is an error in my VAF file. Any suggestions? Thanks

Man, I'm having the exact same problem. Here is my post from another forum dealing with this problem:
I'm having the worse time getting this program to work. I haven't given up hope yet, but I'm damn close. I've solved all of the other problems that I had with the forum's help (tooLame quitting, etc.) but this is the worse problem yet. DVD2SVCD gets all the way to the encoding part, but once it finishes, CCE SP gives me this error:
vinfo_[]failed: Bad Data <G:\ DVD Ripping\Ripped Files\CCE Information File.vaf> act
I'm running Athlon 850, Windows ME, 320 MB Ram, 20 GB HD. Another thing is my encription speed is only .363; This is the second different DVD that it has done this with. I can't afford to waste another 16 hours hoping that this is done right. Will SOMEONE please give me some insight as to what's going on. I'm ready to throw in the towel.....
Compuball
I still haven't solved the problem, so if someone can help us, please do!!!
