C C E ? i need help

ive just downloaded dvd2svcd and it says i need something called CCE. Is this Cinema Craft Encoder? And if it is where can i get it from as the download link on the Cinema Craft site isnt working. Any help would be great.

As far as I am aware dvd2svcd lets you use TMPG as well as CCE (Cinema craft encoder). Unless you have a load of cash spare or a crack for the demo (highly illegal of course ) then I would d/l and use TMPG. Its free and does the job very well.

To d/l the demo of CCE I think you have to do it via a site called visiblelight.com. And the demo puts a big logo in one corner when it encodes too.
