  1. Is it possible to edit frames of a video itself in order to remove certain text
    With what kind of program can i do that?

  2. Individual frames? Sure! It takes a hell of a long time though. NTSC broadcast video is slightly over 1800 frames per minute of video.

    Do you mean can you edit a video to take out subtitles and logos, that sort of thing? Yes you can, sort of, but what's left will be interpolated, and quite blurry.
    As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
