Need an easy program???????

Hi all, I am in need of the easiest program out there to author my own video. Can someone out there please tell me the name of a program that will walk me thru the process step by step???? Any help will be appreciated!!

Ulead Video Studio 6 is pretty good for basic vid editing, and they have a 30-day trial version you can download and test drive for a month:

I started with Sonic Foundry VideoFactory and I was very happy with the results when I made avi files (I render to mpg with Tmpgenc no matter what I used to capture and edit). I now use Sonic Foundry Vegas Video as it's the big brother of VideoFactory. Studio 7 from Pinnacle may be the easiest for a newbie but VideoFactory has built in tutorials. Download the trial versions and try for yourself! Good luck!
