divx to svcd

Problems:

1.
I use this guide:
How to convert to SVCD the FOOLPROOF way with Cinema Craft Encoder, including how to resize
The Video and the Audio file that i have seperated don't have the same length.

2. start frame server doesn't do anything. no change.

What can i do?
