Whats the best capture program for my gforce4 4600 graphic card that will do mpg2?

The software you get with the card is Winproducer/wincoder but this only allows me to capture 720x576 dvd in ntsc mode and not in pal.

The most I can get in pal mode is 352x288 which is 1/4 dvd
The quality of this is quite good for 1/4 dvd but I would like to do better quality on some of my own stuff.

I have tried Videostudio 6 and the quality is rubbish, but it does allow me to capture at 720x576

Others I have tried are Powerdirector 2 which I was impressed with, but I noticed that if anything has macrovision on it then it cant be captured.
Powerdvr same problem as Powerdirector 2.
Cineplayer dvr pro, rubbish quality.
Iuvcr, cant get it to load the Intervideo Encoder so it saves as mpg2

I would have thought that the quality would all have been the same if all of the programs were using the Nvidia WDM capture drivers...
