I have been trying to create an SVCD for about a week now with no luck. I have a PCR-PCI cature board. It's set to capture SVCD with Standard Play (SP). I have Hauppauge's nanoPEG editor, TMPGEnc encoder, and Nero burner. Mt CD burner is creating videos on RW CDs that my stand alone player can read. In fact the video seems fine. My problem is audio syncing.

I have tried every combination I can think of and no luck. Does the file created by my capture board (SCVD level) need to be re-multiplexed to SVCD? I used the nanPEG editor to chop out adds, etc. Then used "MPEG TOOLS" "Simple Multiplex" in TMPGEnc to multiplex the file. I used Nero to burn the CD. It plays but the audio is out of sync.

Can someone, who have sucessfully created an SCVD from a PRV board let me know what they did and what tools they used?

Thanks for you help.
