I ripped my first dvd to svcd and the video always has little lines running across the screen. Is this normal or is there something I can do?
For the encoding I used TMPGEnc with Motion search precision as High Quality, Constant bitrate (use fitcd to calculate bitrate), non-interlace. Can anyone help?

I used to have the same probalem.
Hope this helps.
