  1. I just bought a dvd player that plays cd i just found out i can't burn cd's with my computer with Easy Cd Creator and play them on my dvd player. So is there any way I can burn cds for free and play them on my newly purchased dvd player. Please help and teach me everything I will need to know to watch my movies.

  2. This sounds more like your DVD player doesnt support Cdrs. You say you make audio cds and they wont play. That has to do more with your cdr than software. The music CD is a standard that eveyone uses. A music cd burned by nero is exactly the same as one burned with Adaptec, same format. It sounds like you DVD player doesnt like CDRs. Or at least not your brand try another brand of cdrs. They may work better.

  3. No it does play my music cd's all I am asking is if i want 2 burn a dvd do i have 2 use a special software. And if so can you give me some of these special softwares and i would like 2 know the ones that are free and if you could send me the link 2 download them thanks.

  4. To burn a real DVD, you need two things, 1. A DVD burner they are between 350-600 dollars. A regular CDRW drive wont burn them. And yes you need software to do it, the software usually comes with the drive. As for a DVD production software, none that I know of are free sorry to say. The cheapest is like 99.00. Look for "DVD mastering" software.
