    I try to rip starship troopers dvd, when i use smartripper, it check no dvd, then i use window xplorer to trace the vob file but none only the video folder w/o vob file.... anyone can help me plz??? thank's!!!

    Try first opening the DVD with a DVD Player, probably PowerDVD or WinDVD. Usually this 'unlocks' the DVD, enabling for further usage.

    I did try dvd player and it's working! but if i use powerdvd or windvd it's working? i rtied to using windows explorer to seacrh the vob file but none, what should I do?

    Did you mean you tried PowerDVD/WinDVD and it DIDNT work? Or it DOES work?
