    i am using videobus II and have a panasonic pal video that plays ntsc tapes. pal tapes capture perfectly, but ntsc tapes are only coming up in black & white using either virtual dub or MGI. Is there anyway i can fix this, I have tried fiddling around with frame rates NTSC/PAL settings etc

    changed iso as advised but does not seem to have helped. anyone with any help with this..
