    Hey guys,

    Does anyone have a Sharp DVD Player (If possible a DV740U)? I was wondering if how SVCD Playback was, and if when playing SVCDs you could choose left speaker or right speaker only (For Multi-Language disks with a language on each side of the speaker like VCDs).?

    The Sharp DV740 player is a Sampo based player and these are usually good at SVCD playback. They are also very well supported when it comes to updates/region hacks etc.
