    Hello, I have some videos in VCD NTSC format and some others in PAL... I'd like to put them all onto a single VCD but the format has to be only one of them ... Is there an easy way to convert VCD NTSC to VCD PAL ?

    Have you tried TMPGEnc? From the main program screen, load your video. Select "Load". choose the format you wish to convert your video to. Select "OK". Select "Start". How does that sound?
