    I plugged my digital camera into my computer to get the JPEGS from it to the computer and while installing the software an blue screen came up saying an fatal execption had occurred. The have to pull out power as computer freezes.
    Q. Is this becase of my RAM. I only have 64mb of it. PLease Help.

    I doubt RAM caused your problem, if ram was the problem you would be able to install the program, but not run it. Maybe defragment the HD, restart your computer, then try to reinstall.

    im guessing you have a via chipset on your computer. I have seen this problem before with via usb adaptors. goto via's website and download the usb filter driver. That should take care of the problem (if it is a via chipset)

    It sounds like a driver issue to me. Or the software is interacting badly with some other software or windows itself.

    HP is hardly an OS, what Windows system are you using, update your profile.
