Hi.
A friend of mine has a Sharp DV-740U DVD player. I wanted to author some SVCD disks for it, but I didn't know if it allows for dual (Left only, or, Right only) sound playback? Many movies I wish to author have diffrent languages on each speaker (Left and right). For SVCD some of my disks have 4 mono lanauges. One left and right side for each audio stream.
Could anyone who has a Sharp DV-740U check to see if when it plays SVCDs, it allows you to switch between: Stereo 1, L1, R1, Stereo 2, L2, R2? Even if your SVCD isn't multi languages, does the audio button allow you to scroll between all those left and right settings?
PS: If you know the answer, could you also comment on how well it plays standard SVCDs back?
I'd really appreciate an answer as soon as possible since, They have a sale on these, and I want to get one if my authored disks work on it.
I really appreciate all your time and effort,

FYI: A store in my area is selling this unit for only $70 dollars, but the sale won't last long. If someone could answer my question so that I could decided before the sale is over, I would really appreciate it.
