  1. Couple of questions. First off, I'm attempting to convert avi to vcd to play on my tv. What is better, using PAL or NTSC? Also, I'm not sure I understand what it means when they say you need to decompress audio choosing PCM in Virtual Dub. Is it called something else, cuz I have yet to find a category PCM. I have checked out the FAQ's on this board. Are there any other sites that walk you through the proper way to do these, there seem to be so many settings. Like maybe an Idiots Guide to Encoding? Thanks
