What's the best settings to resize a rip to get the best results? I'm not so bothered about the extra time it may take.
I've got Rempeg resizing Blade at the moment, using the bitrate figures (90% scale), etc calculated with the DVD2DVDR calculator, but it's the other settings I'm thinking of. I've got Frame Mode to match source, search technique as full, and performance as reference DCT. What do these three really mean? Is this the best to use for quality? It's been running for 7 hours now and is on 21%......!
