    Hi Everyone, Can anyone tell me how to create a video only file and audio only file from an avi file which I captured from VHS tape.

    Search PM
    use virtual dub
    for the audio only, choose 'Save WAV...' from file menu
    for video only, choose 'No Audio' from Audio menu and 'Save AVI' from file menu
