When I export a movie from Premiere 6.01 and encode the file, the resulting MPEG looks like it has a glitch for 2 or 3 frames in one part of the movie. It doesn't seem to be evident on the original Premiere timeline and occurs in different places on different videos after export.
The source is DV captured via my DV500 and encoded using either TMPGEnc or Panasonic MPEG Encoder.
Any ideas why this would be happening?
Cheers,
Fred.
