ok here's the process i went through so you know what i did.
>i decompressed the avi audio using the decompressor that comes with avi2vcd (ive also tried virtual dub 2 change the audio to wave format)
>converted the newly made file from the avi decompressor to svcd format following all the directions given in vcd help(or maybe i missed some)
>anyways the svcd file i made was very shaky or jerky "whatever" and the audio sync was way off.
