Hi
I have Sony DCR-TRV11 camcorder. I want to capture my video from my camcorder to my PC and I want to use my camcorder with Microsoft's Netmeeting also.
I bought Sony EZ editor (Studio DV) with firewire port. It's working fine but Netmeeting is not able to recognize firewire port. It only works with USB port.
How can I capture TRV11's video using my computer's USB port?
Thanks
Kishore

Obvious answer: you need to find conversion device (FireWire->USB). I think I saw some model on the Internet...

USB is not fast enough to capture DV format.
If it was - we would not have firewire around.
Buy Firewire card for $50 or use S-VIDEO output for capture of analog signal.
