  1. Is it possible that saving mpeg-1 files as file.avs.?
    Additional Is there avs GUI for I can write the avs commands easy.?

    You can open the MPEG-1 with DirectShowSource (no audio) or load a MPEG VFAPI plugin.

    LoadVFAPIPlugin("c:\TMPGEnc\m2v.vfp","m2vsource")
    m2vsource("d:\mpeg1.mpg").FlipVertical

    I have seen some basic GUI's some time ago. Search for darksoul's AVS generator and AVS tool kit. If you want the full flexibility of Avisynth, there will never be an other way than writing the scripts yourself.
