Hi Folks,
I am looking for a Windows player application which allows me to limit the framerate of the video. (like in mtv for linux).
I need this feature for a benchmarking application.
Or is there a way to duplicate frames (copy every frame 25 Times to make it appear like the video runs at 1 fps)?
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
Christian
