  1. When encoding to PAL vcd what is the best settings for optimum picture and sound quality ?
    Should i leave the default settings or can someone recommend any adjustments that will improve quality , cheerz .

    I just want to be sure im getting the best quality before i go and convert a few dvds to vcd .

  2. to improve quality you can encode as a non standard vcd and increase the bitrate on your video settings. tmpgenc allows you to do this via its wizard. there are full instructions on this site.
