  1. I just get done ripping it with smartripper and then I open dvdx and try to open the ifo file. I get this: "error: MPEG2Dec: Error during decoder initialisation" Any help would be appreciated!

  2. Good Luck trying to get help on this one. I have the same problem with a couple of movies that I ripped. I even e-mailed Sefy myself and still have gotten no reply. I really need a solution so I can get the VOB files off my HD.

  4. OK. I went to the article and did what it suggested. I opened the mpg (VOB) files. This worked great, the only problem is it doesn't encode the last 5 chapters. So it is basically not encoding the last VOB file. Now what do I do?

  5. Alrighty!!!!! I found a solution. It is a long drawn out process, but it works for this problem. Go to http://www.divx.net.nz/guides/dvd_divx/index.htm. If you have problems finding the down loads for any of these please send me a private message and I can send you the files via e-mail.

  8. One more thing I forgot to tell you. If you do decide to go this route, download Gordian Knot first. It has several of the programs you need to go through this process. Then figure out what else you need and download it separately. Another good site, which has all the downloads for this is at http://download.everwicked.com/ Good luck and have fun.
