    Can someone plz tell me how i can convert a SVCD to VCD and NOT have it stutter?...plz tell me any method you know of, using any software. thx

    Stuttering audio, video, or both? What progs have you tried?

    Have you tried demultiplexing the SVCDs audio and video, converting the audio to a wav, and then encoding the VCD?
