  1. ok, I am VERY new to the whole vcd, svcd burning and I am in a small bind, I need a copy of Star Wars Episode 2 in vcd as soon as possible for a birthday present to a friend, I would be willing to Paypal some around $5 for a copy of it if you can help me.     softwarez which are illegal copies of software, or anything that has a copyright but is distributed illegally

    Don't ask for illegal copies of movies We don't do that around here, or provide links to it.

  5. actually I "really" didn't know......and $5 for 90 cents worth of cd-r's isn't cheap....

    Man, what about the 6 hours of encoding? ... If it was legal, I would charge $15 / hour which is $90 ... Plus $10 for good measure... for a total of 100 bucks.. :P

People don't even like to pay for legal stuff like home video's, $5, man people grip when I ask $25 to $30 to take there home movies, edit them using Ulead Studio pro with Hollywood Gold Pro transititions and burned onto a DVD-R, making there 2-3 hours of boring video into 45min. to 1 hr of nicely mixed watchable professional home video's.

    Its not the price of the disks, its what's on it, and like it has already been said the 6 hours ??? Well just over an hour, but I do add my own "Insert disk 2" picture If we all thought that way, Microsoft would be out of business by now.

    However I'm with crazy_ficsh, 100 bucks sounds about right £62.50 or so, call it £50 and we have a deal...

  9. THE BLIND LEADING THE BLIND! 2nd time i posted this today!
    Listen up, assuming your movie fits on an 80minCDR (get some at wallmart haha!)
    1.get Tmpgenc 2.55 and Nero burning rom(demo) from the tools section
    2. in Tmpgenc project wizard that comes up, under videoCD click NTSC
    3. browse for your AVI file then click next
    4. click next on filter page (unless you want to cut the credits off your movie - I like to to save time and space.)
    5. unclick start encoding immediately, click OK and your in the main screen now.
    6. click settings
    7. click advanced tab
    8. under video arrange method click full screen (keep aspect ratio)
    9. click ok
    10. click start and wait for it to encode (i like to turn off the preview screen)
    11. go into Nero (click videoCD)
    12. click new (put blank CDR into burner duh!)
    13. drag your mpg file into the left Nero pane
    14. click the burn icon up top
    15. pray your DVD player plays VCD's

    I do share everything I have, some 30Gb all available from Kazaa. The movie above is rubbish, it only get's better towards the end (Big fight)

    Heck, I even share my CD-ROM drive(s)

    Showing all this week in PAL VCD...
