I am attempting to capture using a Leadtek WinFast TV 2000 XP card using MPEG-2 for video (which is fine) and MPEG-1 for audio (layer II at 48 kHz) so that I can go directly to DVD. Trying to archive old VHS tapes to DVD+R/W. It seems that the codec for MPEG-1 layer II can't be changed from 44.1 kHz to 48 kHz.
Anyone else had this problem and come up with a solution - i.e. different codec, or registry change so that the codec used by the TV 2000 XP card can capture audio at 48 kHZ.
Thanks for any help - ALewis.
