I finished converting the first half of the movie Scooby Doo fine and plays well, but the second half when I start converting it on TMPG the video turns green and pinkish purplish while its converting. The video plays fine as an AVI, anyone got any suggestions?
This is what it looks like:

Try this
TMPGEnc
Select options > environmental settings
click the VFAPI plug-in tab
right click the "DirectDraw" and select higher priority, do this several times until its at the top with a value of 4
I thought Scooby Doo was green and pinkish purplish , or is my eyes going
Oh, I just looked, you need to remove the bad frames using Vdub before you convert
load AVI into Vdub and scan for bad frames.
Video > Scan video stream for errors
If it finds bad frames,
Video >Direct Stream Copy and
Audio > Direct Stream Copy and
SAVE AS, save out another copy of AVI
Oh, and if Vdub crashes on the scan, download vdub-mp3-freeze.exe and use that to scan for the bad frames. c:\badframes.log
