The video and audio is perfect fine after convesion. I try to put that movie on DVD Recordable Media 4.7G because i just bought Pioneer DVDR-A04 Recordable. Then i use Ulead DVD Movie Factory to convert DVD MPEG-2 into DVD ( .IFO,.BUF,.VOB) so i can watch that movie on any standalone DVD Player. That's the problem the audio is out of synch occurs. Please help!.

  2. This is probably way too easy to be the solution to your synch troubles, but do you have the CD/DVD Burning Patch for Ulead DVD Movie Factory installed? The release notes state that it can fix several problems, including some synch issues.

It's saying that I should convert "Video Only" in Stream type, not including Audio, then using some kind of utitly to extract Audio file from AVI, so when I go to the final step and make DVD format that can play on standalone dvd player by using some kind of DVD authoring program, merge video and audio together.

My question is How do I extract audio from AVI?
VirtualDub will do that, you'll find guides on this site (links to the left).

How do i merge audio and video together by using DVD Authoring program?
That's going to depend on your authoring software.

Do you know any good programs that can convert audio to AC3 or Dobly Digital Surround sound?
I have no idea! Someone else will have to grab that one.
