I got an avertv and installed it's drivers then installed
the btwincap drivers on my windows xp system. Windows
xp now continually finds new hardware and wants to reinstall
the drivers? Also, the tv program that came with my card
doesn't work anymore and it won't let me re-install.

What do I do?

I am not sure that this will work, but give it a try. First go into your control panel's system. Then replace the newly installed driver from your device manager and reinstall the original drivers. You can use the tweaked driver from www.iulab.com but the btwincap drivers would not work with AverTV Studio for me. I do not know which exact model of AverTV that you have though. Finally reboot your computer and try to reinstall the application again. Hope this helps.
